Time Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”) and their officers and employees comply with Act on the Protection of Personal Information and Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure, and establish privacy policy as follows.
- Regarding personal information including specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal information”), we comply with related laws, rules and regulations and other norms of Protection of Personal Information.
- We obtain personal information properly and do not handle beyond the scope of utilization purpose.
Specific personal information shall be handled only within the limits permitted by laws and regulations.
Disclosure and presentation of personal information to third party shall not be provided without acceptance of person except as disclosure obligation in accordance with laws and regulations.
- We make effort to correct and update obtained personal information.
To protect personal information from unauthorized access, divulging of information, loss and falsification, we take necessary and proper safety control measures.
- In a case where outsourcing the handling of personal information, we select a company which handles personal information properly, and monitor appropriately to implement safety control measures for personal information.
- Our officers and employees are given thorough education on importance of protection of personal information by giving training, etc.
We oversee right handling of personal information properly.
- Disclosure, correction and suspension of use of personal information shall be conducted in accordance with laws and regulations by request from person. In this case, prescribed cost may be charged.
- We establish company regulation on protection of personal information, and comply with it by review continuously.
